From  16.00 – Arrival of participants / coach transfer from Cracow to Kasinka Mała /near Mszana Dolna / accomodation –mountains hostel „Baza Lubogoszcz” in Kasinka Mała /near Mszana Dolna / 20 minutes way on foot, the luggage will be delivered by off-road vehicle 
From  18.00 – dinner , overnight stay

11 September 2014  - Thursday 
7.00–8.30 a. m. -Breakfast
8.30 a.m. : Bus transfer from Kasinka Mała to ChabĂłwka – Railway Open-Air Museum â€“ ride by the historic train ChabĂłwka – Mszana Dolna – Kasina Wielka - Porąbka  - beginning of the route in Porąbka, black hiking trail named after  Skrzydlna’s Highland Robbers   – ĹšnieĹźnica 1007 m asl – blue trail- Kasina Wielka – red trail – Lubogoszcz  968 m asl – black trail  - mountains hostel “Baza Lubogoszcz „– about 6- hour trekking
19.00 - dinner, disco and overnight stay

12 September 2014 – Friday
7.00–8.30 a. m.  – Breakfast,
8.30a.m.-  departure from the hostel „ Baza Lubogoszcz”  to Mszana Dolna , red trail  30 minutes , next bus transfer from Mszana Dolna to Lubomierz- Przysłop  , beginning of the route in Lubomierz Przysłop, yellow trail on  Jasień / 1062 m asl/ - KrzysztonĂłw 1012 m asl -  Mogielica 1170 m asl – green trail , Marshal Edward Rydz Śmigły’s Pass– ChyszĂłwki – comeback by bus to Kasinka Mała and  20 minutes walk to the hostel „Baza Lubogoszcz „ – about 6- hour trekking altogether
19.00 - dinner, disco and overnight stay

13  September 2014- Saturday
7.00–8.30 a. m.  – Breakfast,
8.30a.m.- bus transfer from Kasinka Mała to Rabka ZdrĂłj  - beginning of the route in Rabka ZdrĂłj  black trail named after E. Trybowska and J. Toliński  – Potaczkowa  746 m asl – Adamczykowa   611 m asl – Mszana Dolna – red trail – hostel „Baza Lubogoszcz „ - about 6- hour trekking
19.00 - dinner, disco and overnight stay

14  September 2014 -Sunday  
7.00–9.00 a. m.  – Breakfast,
Departure of the participants after breakfast
Routes are really scenic and stunning  , varied ,  relatively easy, they pass through Island Beskid and Mszana Dolna ,all overnight stays are in the mountains hostel „ Baza Lubogoszcz „ in  Kasinka Mała /near Mszana Dolna  / 3-4 bed rooms/ - mountain hostel amenities/
